I started Starwater LLC because the data was there and the synthesis was missing. Hundreds of sources documenting what is happening to targeted communities in the United States — but I couldn't find the connections laid out in one place. Before It Repeats tries to bring them together.
I write from inside a targeted community. I built this company — bootstrapped, debt-free, independent — because I believe the people most affected by surveillance and censorship infrastructure should be the ones building the alternatives. Our work is guided by ten founding principles. The first is the simplest: truth shines through.
What comes next: open-source tools for personal data sovereignty, AI consulting, safety-first platform design. Starwater has planned expansion across infrastructure, safety, and community application divisions. This is the beginning.
We publish under Starwater LLC because the work should stand on its evidence, not on who wrote it.
